Cancellations & No Shows Fees
If you are unable to keep any appointment, please contact us as soon as possible, as our groomers work on a tight schedule and are directly impacted when they have a no-show or late cancellation. To keep our operation running efficiently, we do require a 24-hour cancellation notice from the time of your appointment, as the appointment hours will not be able to be filled by someone else. Please keep this in mind.

- Cancellations less than 24-hour notice - will be charged 50% of appointment fee.
- No Shows or same day cancellations - will be charged 100% of appointment fee.
