Follow the details to create a login & password for yourself.
Then add your pet/s with their details and current vaccination/s.
Once that has been completed, click the below "EMAIL US - GROOMING BOOKINGS & ENQUIRIES" to let us know what service you would like (see our list below), the date you are looking for, as well as if you would like daycare for that day (at the reduced rate). Alternatively you can give us a call to discuss it in more detail, and we will book that in for you.
If you would like a re-occurring booking every week, fortnight, month etc. let us know and we can also arrange that from our end for you to save you some time and ensure you don't miss out on a booking/date.

Grooming Services are by appointment only. We will do our best to accommodate your requested times, however our groomers calendar will fill quickly. Please contact us early to be able to book your desired date and time. 
​The amounts listed in the table across are our base rates for listed services. Additional costs, as seen at the bottom of the table and size and conditions per client will be taken into consideration for all grooming services. All costs will be finalised with each customer prior to the grooming service that is provided. ​

Cancellations & No Shows Fees
If you are unable to keep any appointment, please contact us as soon as possible, as our groomers work on a tight schedule and are directly impacted when they have a no-show or late cancellation. To keep our operation running efficiently, we do require a 24-hour cancellation notice from the time of your appointment, as the appointment hours will not be able to be filled by someone else. Please keep this in mind.

• Cancellations less than 24-hour notice  - will be charged 50% of appointment fee.
• No Shows or same day cancellations       - will be charged 100% of appointment fee.​
